REFUND AND RETURN POLICY - MAISON AUREBRAVUR

At Aurebravur, we forge pieces of uncompromising quality and architectural precision. We understand, however, that an acquisition must perfectly align with your expectations. To maintain the integrity of our Maison and comply strictly with our financial partners, we have established the following definitive guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. The 30-Day Evaluation Period Clients have a strict 30-day window, beginning from the exact date of confirmed delivery, to request a return or exchange. Requests initiated after this 30-day period will not be authorized under any circumstances.

2. Condition of the Timepiece or Jewelry To be eligible for a return, the acquired piece must be in pristine, unworn, and completely unaltered condition.

  • The piece must not exhibit any micro-scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear on the steel, the 18K AureGold™ finish, or the glass.

  • All original packaging—including the presentation box, outer sleeves, protective films, intact tear strips, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity—must be included and unblemished.

  • Aurebravur reserves the right to refuse any return if the piece fails our master inspection upon arrival at our vault.

3. Routing of Capital and Refunds (Financing Compliance) In strict adherence to federal financial regulations and institutional policies, all approved refunds will be credited solely and exclusively to the original payment method used for the acquisition.

  • Financed Acquisitions: If the piece was acquired through a financing program or credit institution, the refunded capital will be routed directly back to the respective financing account to clear the balance.

  • We do not issue refunds in the form of cash, wire transfers to alternate accounts, or checks if a credit method was originally utilized.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and reflect the reversal.

4. The Return Protocol To initiate a return, the client must contact our Concierge directly at support@aurebravur.com. Once authorized, we will provide specific instructions for secure transit. The cost of return shipping and full insurance is the responsibility of the client and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
