1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all original packaging and protective elements.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Personalized or custom-engraved pieces are not eligible for returns.
2. Refund Process
Once the product is received and inspected:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Warranty
All AureBravur timepieces and jewelry are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
