All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

During periods of high demand, new product launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be extended.

AureBravur reserves the right to adjust processing timelines when necessary.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S. & Puerto Rico): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

AureBravur is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • High shipping volume during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)

  • Operational delays from the shipping carrier

3. High Demand & Delays Clause

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and high demand, shipping and processing times may extend beyond the usual timeframe.

AureBravur will always work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible; however:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to standard carrier delays or high-demand fulfillment extensions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • AureBravur is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, AureBravur is no longer responsible for loss or theft.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • AureBravur will assist by providing documentation, but is not responsible for carrier decisions.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local carrier surcharges

These fees are not included in the purchase price and are charged by your country’s customs office.

Delays due to customs processing are outside of AureBravur’s control.

8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces

If an item is pre-order or made-to-order:

  • Estimated delivery dates will be indicated on the product page.

  • Shipping may take longer due to production times.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

9. Signature Confirmation

High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the package.
