Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Note: During high-volume seasons (such as Christmas or special launches), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order due to stock availability, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Puerto Rico & United States: We use USPS services (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail). Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days once the package has been dispatched.
