Processing Time (Order Handling) All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (AST/Puerto Rico Time). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Note: During high-volume seasons (such as Christmas or special launches), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order due to stock availability, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

• Puerto Rico & United States: We use USPS services (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail). Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days once the package has been dispatched.

• Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If your order qualifies, you will see the "Free Shipping" option automatically selected at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your Tracking Number so you can monitor the delivery status.
