These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AureBravur website, online store, content, products, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “AureBravur,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AureBravur LLC.

By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.

1. Eligibility

By using the AureBravur website, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will use the website only for lawful purposes.

A parent or legal guardian who authorizes a minor to use the website is responsible for that minor’s activity where permitted by law.

2. Store Terms

You may not use AureBravur products, services, content, or systems for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

• Commit fraud.
• Submit false information.
• Interfere with the website’s operation.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Distribute malicious code.
• Scrape or extract website data without authorization.
• Copy or commercially exploit AureBravur content.

• Resell products in a way that falsely suggests authorization by AureBravur.

A violation may result in suspension, order cancellation, termination of access, or other appropriate action.

3. General Conditions

AureBravur reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in response to:

• Payment risk.
• Abusive conduct.
• Policy violations.
• Inventory limitations.
• Pricing errors.
• Security concerns.
• Legal or carrier restrictions.

Any exercise of these rights remains subject to applicable law.

4. Products and Services

AureBravur makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colors, and specifications accurately.

However:

• Colors may vary by screen and lighting.
• Measurements may include minor tolerances.
• Natural materials and stones may vary.
• Packaging may change.
• Product descriptions may be corrected.
• Availability may change without notice.

AureBravur may limit sales by customer, household, geographic region, product, or order.

5. AureGold™

AureGold™ is AureBravur’s proprietary designation for its gold-tone finish.

When a product is identified as AureGold™ PVD, the finish is applied using a Physical Vapor Deposition process over the base material disclosed on the applicable product page.

AureGold™ does not mean solid gold unless the product page expressly states that the product is made from solid gold.

Product use and care are governed by the AureBravur Care & Maintenance Guide.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices are generally processed in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed and supported at checkout.

Currency conversions may be provided by Shopify, payment providers, banks, or third-party services. Conversion rates and international transaction fees may vary.

AureBravur may change product prices at any time before an order is accepted.

A price change after a completed purchase does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the difference.

7. Pricing and Content Errors

AureBravur may correct errors involving:

• Pricing.
• Product descriptions.
• Promotions.
• Availability.
• Images.
• Discounts.
• Taxes.
• Shipping.
• Technical information.

When an obvious error affects an order, AureBravur may contact the customer to:

• Confirm the corrected information.
• Collect or refund a difference where appropriate.
• Offer an alternative product.
• Cancel the affected order and issue the applicable refund.

8. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

AureBravur may review an order before accepting or fulfilling it.

AureBravur may cancel or limit an order because of:

• Lack of inventory.
• Product discontinuation.
• Pricing or listing error.
• Payment failure.
• Fraud concerns.
• Verification failure.
• Shipping restrictions.
• Suspected unauthorized resale.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Events outside AureBravur’s reasonable control.

When a paid order is canceled by AureBravur, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Payment Information

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate:

• Billing information.
• Shipping information.
• Contact information.
• Payment information.

Customers authorize AureBravur and its payment providers to process the charges associated with the order.

AureBravur may request additional verification before fulfilling an order.

10. Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed using fraud-prevention systems operated by Shopify, payment processors, banks, or other service providers.

AureBravur may request:

• Address confirmation.
• Payment confirmation.
• A different payment method.
• Additional supporting information.

Failure to complete requested verification may result in cancellation.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the AureBravur Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery times displayed by carriers or checkout systems are generally estimates.

AureBravur may require a signature for selected shipments.

Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may legally be imported into their destination.

Customers are also responsible for applicable:

• Customs duties.
• Import taxes.
• Brokerage charges.
• Government fees.
• Carrier fees.
• Local restrictions.

AureBravur may cancel an order when a product cannot be shipped because of legal, customs, security, or carrier restrictions.

13. Preorders and Special Orders

Preorders, personalized products, special orders, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

When an order contains available and unavailable products, the entire order will normally ship together after all products are ready.

Personalized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after production or customization has begun.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the AureBravur Return & Refund Policy.

The general commercial return period is seven calendar days after delivery, subject to eligibility requirements and mandatory rights under applicable law.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

15. Limited Warranty

Eligible products are covered according to the AureBravur Six-Month Limited Warranty.

The warranty does not constitute:

• A lifetime warranty.
• A lifetime finish guarantee.
• A lifetime replacement promise.

Mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

16. Care and Maintenance

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the AureBravur Care & Maintenance Guide.

Damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized alterations, improper cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for warranty coverage.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to:

• Eligibility requirements.
• Expiration dates.
• Product exclusions.
• Geographic restrictions.
• Minimum purchase requirements.
• Quantity limits.
• Single-use restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is completed.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• AureBravur may cancel a promotion affected by error, abuse, or fraud.

18. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit may be subject to separate terms displayed when issued or purchased.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card codes and account credentials.

19. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting passwords.
• Restricting access to their devices.
• Notifying AureBravur of suspected unauthorized access.

AureBravur may suspend or close an account affected by fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

20. Reviews, Comments, and Submissions

When customers submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content, they represent that:

• They have the right to submit it.
• It is truthful to the best of their knowledge.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.
• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or malicious.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer grants AureBravur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, and use voluntarily submitted content for customer service, website, advertising, and business purposes.

AureBravur may remove content that violates these Terms.

21. Intellectual Property

The AureBravur name, AureGold™ name, logos, photographs, product descriptions, collection names, videos, graphics, designs, packaging, website content, and marketing materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

No person may reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit AureBravur content without written authorization, except as permitted by law.

Nothing on the website grants an implied license to use AureBravur intellectual property.

22. Third-Party Tools and Services

AureBravur may use services provided by:

• Shopify.
• Payment processors.
• Shipping carriers.
• Advertising platforms.
• Analytics providers.
• Customer-service applications.
• Financing providers.
• Social networks.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies by their own terms and privacy policies.

AureBravur is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience.

AureBravur does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites.

Customers should review third-party terms before submitting information or completing a transaction.

24. Personal Information

Personal information is collected and processed according to the AureBravur Privacy Policy.

By using the website, customers acknowledge that information may be processed by AureBravur, Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers needed to operate the store.

25. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the website or its content to:

• Violate a law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload malware.
• Collect personal information without authorization.

Except for express warranties provided in the Six-Month Limited Warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

AureBravur does not guarantee that:

• Every error will be corrected immediately.
• Every product will remain continuously available.
• Carrier estimates will be exact.
• Third-party services will remain available.

Nothing in this section excludes express product commitments or mandatory consumer rights.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AureBravur LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from willful misconduct or other obligations that applicable law makes non-waivable.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold AureBravur LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from:

• Their unlawful use of the website.
• Their violation of these Terms.
• Their infringement of another person’s rights.
• Fraudulent conduct.
• Content they submit.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify AureBravur for AureBravur’s own unlawful conduct.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. Termination

AureBravur may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, threatens website security, commits fraud, or engages in unlawful conduct.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive where applicable.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between AureBravur and the customer concerning use of the website and purchases from the online store.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by:

• The laws of Puerto Rico.
• Applicable federal laws of the United States.

Disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

This section does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights or legally required forums available to customers in other jurisdictions.

AureBravur may revise these Terms to reflect changes in:

• Technology.
• Store functionality.
• Applicable requirements.

The current version will be published through the AureBravur website.

Continued use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
